Programs

Immigrant Day is an annual celebration that has been organized by CIRC for the past 26 years. We gather at the State Capitol to honor the inspiring contributions of immigrants and refugees that have made real, positive, and often lasting impacts on their communities here.

Since its founding, CIRC has been a strong advocate at the federal, state, and local levels on legislation impacting all immigrants and refugees in Connecticut. Currently CIRC is advocating for HUSKY FOR ALL immigrants regardless of status.
